My journey began after my final year of University of Central Lancashire.

My final year project was to create a story through animation, game design, or graphic novel. I pursued a creative approach to write a graphic novel that is also an animation. This was to test my ability to do comic book writing to see if my skills are more useful for this avenue.

After I graduated with a first class Hons degree in animation, I discovered my passion to write comic book stories about a superhero who protects Blackpool from petty criminals called Dasher. My final year project gave me the encouragement I needed to work on becoming a comic book writer. So far, I have made up my own website () to distribute my comic series, and have written the first three issues of my comic series as part of Dasher's origin story. I am currently writing my fourth issue and plan to do a few more in the near future as I have already thought through what will happen in the story.

In spite of this, I am a comic book writer who is also on the autistic spectrum. I want to show to the world that anyone who has been diagnosed with autism can do extraordinary things with their lives just like I have done.
